All products and services sold on TantraGyaan (tantragyaan.store) are digital in nature — including online video courses, PDF materials, e-books, recorded webinars, and digital consultations. Once access is granted or a digital file is delivered after successful payment, no refund is applicable, as the digital content cannot be returned.

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase if the digital content has NOT yet been delivered or accessed. Once access is granted, cancellation is not possible. For live consultation bookings, cancellation must be requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled session for a refund to be considered.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

All digital deliveries occur within a maximum of 48 hours of payment confirmation. If you do not receive access within this period, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us.
If your content is not delivered within 48 hours due to a technical issue on our end, you are entitled to a full refund or re-delivery. Contact support@tantragyaan.store with your order details.
